Watermark Easton is a two-building, four-story multi-family residential complex that brings 150 new units to the city. The development sits along Larry Holmes Drive, providing one-of-a-kind views of Easton’s riverfront. The location is in a 100-year floodplain, so Watermark is built on top of a raised platform to reach elevation requirements. The platform provides ample ground level and raised parking for residents here as well as at the adjacent Gov. Wolf Building.
