Prologis teamed with Alloy5 to build a 250,000 SF rear loader speculative warehouse building in Northampton. A partial fit-out of office space started the process and set the program for the space. The office portion is designed with growth in mind and facilities are arranged so that bathrooms, private offices and team rooms can be expanded.
