Our Approach

The Goodman building is an existing structure on Third Street in Bethlehem. A one-time commercial and retail space, the building currently sits vacant. Selected through a competitive process from the City of Bethlehem, Alloy5 co-owners Michael Metzger and Randy Galiotto are part of the project’s development team that has proposed an adaptive reuse/new construction project on the site. Plans call for the creation of a ground-floor restaurant that spans both the old and new structures. Approximately 12 to 14 apartment units will occupy the space of the upper levels. The proposed addition will occupy a vacant corner lot, helping to complete the streetscape and create a strong relationship with the historic building.
