The Easton Iron & Metal (EIM) site is an opportunity to build upon Easton’s growing popularity and population. The Northern and Southern parcels will be connected with a pedestrian-friendly intersection across Bushkill Drive. This new roadway will serve to draw people into the complex and past a nature/science center, create a protected retail/commercial corridor that is along the trail, and establish a plaza that can be closed off and used during events. 150+ residential units and first-floor commercial space will round out the overall project.
