Monocacy Commons
Bethlehem, PA
First built as an elementary school along Bethlehem’s residential Main Street extension, this 10,000-square-foot building was renovated and converted into a four-unit luxury apartment building. The original grand staircase entrance, tin ceilings and brick and plaster walls were preserved to add character to the multi-level apartments.
