Firm Principals
Professional services are often named for their principals, the founding partners who establish a company. In creating Alloy5, Michael Metzger and Randy Galiotto sought to develop an ego-free firm with a strong foundation.
You won’t find their names on our door. Instead, Alloy5 is founded on these three principles.
Healthy Design
The most sustainable building isn’t the one with the most LEED points. It’s the building that teachers love to teach in – and children love to learn in. It’s the building that people are proud to show off and take care of.
Honest Collaboration
Good ideas come from anyone – the superintendent, the CEO, the teacher, the nurse. The building is yours, but we build it together. We’ll listen, ask questions, and host an open dialogue rooted in inclusiveness, reasoned debate and mutual respect.
Hard Work
We’re not a suit-and-tie firm. We’re not afraid to get mud on our shoes and dirt beneath our fingernails. We visit job sites to explore, examine, mark and measure. We’ll pop our heads in an air conditioning vent and hop down a hole to ensure that each calculation is correct.
Architecture Happens In Moments
Meet The Gang
Cross-Trained Professionals
We’re bonded by an eye for great design, a love for building community and a drive to enjoy every day. Join our team and become a part of something special.
